Have you ever seen a UFO? (864 views, 32 replies)
I've seen a lot of falling stars in my life .A few months ago I seen a falling star just for a few seconds . I have never seen an UFO ,But I do where AFOs on my legs
.We don't know what's out there in deep space .If live is out there then ,they have made it further then we have in space travel .
I believe so. I've always been a bit of a stargazer - in that I love looking at them and looking out for shooting stars.
I live in a city so not the best view - lots of light pollution, but not seeing it all does mean that I am very familiar with the constellation above me.
One night I was walking out of my house and looked up, and there were three new 'stars' in a very obvious triangular formation. High up too - way too high to be aircraft -but slightly bigger then the stars around them. I pointed them out to the friend I was with and as we stopped to watch they kind of moved around - definitely is some sort of formation. Then one seemed to move closer, then they kind of spun for a minute, then moved away - the distance between them got a lot smaller, moving really fast, and at the point at which they seemed to converge they were gone.

My friend and I were both convinced we had seen UFO's. No other logical explanation for what we had seen.
@⭐️janerosity⭐️ I lived my whole life looking, but never seeing. It's as though It found ME!
@bondojoe Only time that has ever happened to me. And I was always looking too. But here's the really strange thing. The friend I was with had come to take me to the hospital (I don't drive) as I need to get there because my Mum, who had been in an accident, was dying and I needed to get there FAST. I have always felt that the two things were related in some way.
Also - I have always looked at it this way - there are numbers of stars beyond counting, and since they are all suns and we revolve around a very small one, it is kind of stupid to think that only our Sun is capable of having an inhabited planet.
And were we the only inhabited one wouldn't that logically make us the centre of the universe - we are clearly not. We're kind of stupid in that we are slowly destroying our planet.
Chances are that other Suns produced life on a planet long before we came into being, so of course they'd be way more advanced then us.
Which means they probably have some sort of protocol that they aren't going to make themselves known to lesser beings.

Yup. Spot the trekkie.
@⭐️janerosity⭐️ Ah, the Prime Directive.

I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment, janerosity.
As per the definition of "unidentified flying object" YES. 3am in the middle of rural, isolated Ireland and I saw lights zig zagging back and forth across the sky that defied definition. It was dead quite, and pitch black dark. It gave me a chill and I had to rub my eyes several times.

I've no idea what it was, but planes and satellites don't move like that.
There's so many strange things that a person sees, and hears in a lifetime, so many odd things that I have experienced, that I'm reluctant to rule out anything. Like things that go missing, then reappear. Things that you KNOW are going to happen, before they do, things that you have experienced before, though scientists try to explain it away as Deja Vu. Nothing surprises me any more. I'm sure there's a quote somewhere that says if something CAN happen, it WILL happen. That's pretty much where I've gotten to.
@bondojoe I was alone. The rurals of Ireland where I was living were extremely isolated. I just was going to go to the bathroom and it was still still still. It actually scared me. But I calmed myself. I cannot say what I saw. But it wasn't anything I know of. Maybe military? I don't know.
December last year I was traveling through the Smokies with my "I don't believe in that sh*t" sister when I looked to the left and saw --appearing out of nowhere--5 cigar shaped things in the sky, flying way up high and seeming to keep pace with us. I pointed them out to my sister and she said, "Uh...hmmm... that's weird...what are those things?" It was broad daylight, about 4 in the afternoon, about 30 miles east of Knoxville, TN I think. (geographically challenged here). I recorded them on my cell phone but my phone records vids in the negative for some screwball reason, and it doesn't have a thingy to upload with. [Def not a tekkie here].
Strangest thing, we just kind of said, "Okay." and didn't freak out or anything. It was a quick turnaround business trip and oddly, when we got home and finally talked about it, we had different memories of when it actually happened--going to Knoxville or coming back. It was like trying to remember a dream, though it happened in a clear sky during the day, as the video showed and we both remembered that it happened in daylight. ...

What you descibed is EXACTLY what happened to me. I looked up, and there it was, and I though huh, look at that. I was not surprised or excited. Like I was looking at a bird in the sky, or something completely normal. When I thought about it later, I realized that I SHOULD have been freaking out! And now, I believe that it kind of PULLED my vision towards it. It saw me, before I saw it. It was showing off, AND controlling my mind. It's a strange feelin..yes? I'll look up the "Smoky Mountains UFO Base" and see what it has to say. Thanks for your post!
Okay, first off, when I say UFO, I mean an Unidentified Flying Object. Not an Alien controlled object. Are there aliens out there? idk, never seen em. but I've seen some seriously weird wtf undescribable sh*t growing up in the middle of nowhere near military bases..

Seen a ufo above the airport in Phoenix, Arizona going down the freeway with my Uncle. I was like dude, you see that? we both were like, wtf is that?? the wall was coming up and it was going to block our view and I said, "watch, when the wall goes away, the things gonna be gone". wall goes away, sh*ts gone. Looks like a silverish, chrome cigar spherical shaped disk just hovering above the airport. Used to live middle of Nowhere BFE, desert before they turned it into housing years ago, and used to see all kine weird sh*t nighttime above the mountains where a military base was located off in the distance.

I could sit here and type story after story.. Most of them involve wtf is that? Weird lights off in the distance doing weird things or chrome objects in the sky doing weird things Kine stories.. ...

@Melted~Dreams LOL! You saw plenty of wierd crafts, maybe thgere were alines inside of the. I never expected to see one flying around without a ship. I don't know if they are real or not either. All I know is what i saw. The one you saw, sounds like a common shape. And they have been seen for thousands of years. They are in paintings that are over two thousand years old. They are drawn on cave walls. Columbus talked about something he saw, while coming to America. A lot of people are seeing SOMETHING. And have been, long before we could fly.
@bondojoe Yeah, the weirdest ones I gotta say was the nighttime ones over the mountains with the yellow lights hovering and slowly falling and stuff. I've seen some weird stuff man back then. I think we were on some kine land.. Indian Res wasn't too far off either.

Have you ever seen something that you thought was not of this world?
@bondojoe I have never seen a ufo, but am ready to leave this planet for a new one at any time. I would like to take my partner, parents and my dog with me. Maybe a few of my best friends too. That is it.
@nonamemanon Perhaps you should check with them first. They might be busy.
