0 Carb KETO Cheese Bread. (443 views, 2 replies)
Made this up with 50% more ingredients.
Could not get hold of parmesan, so i used " Grana Padano " instead, but only had
200 gr so i used a tiny bit more Mozzarella (365 gr in total).
Only had garlic and onion " granules ", but i still put 3 gr of each in.
Put the mixture in a 11" flan dish, then put in the microwave on the " oven " setting at 180 C for 25 min (might need a tiny bit longer, will see).
Will update what it taste like when cooked.
@PureVodka🍺 Did for a total of 40 min (just so i could brown it a little more), but i reckon 35 min would be okay (and by the way, i used the top rack).
As for the taste, very cheesy, but a bit bland, but when it comes to the texture, it was very firm/chewy.
Bet a slice of this would be nice with some fried mushrooms, tomatoes and a couple of slices of streaky bacon.
Overall i will give it. 7.5/10
