It looks and smells delicious, just letting it cool down.

The way i made up this recipe, is by the amount of eggs:
Per 1 large egg = 1 1/2 ounce of cheese, 1 rasher of normal size bacon (but i used thick cut rashers, so only used 4) and 25ml of double cream.

Ingredients:

6 large eggs (UK weight 68 gr each), i use free range, the yolks or a nice orange color.
4 rashers of thick cut bacon (about 200gr).
9 ounce of cheese (250gr), half of which was Edam and half extra mature Cheddar.
150ml of double cream.
3gr of onion powder.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/4 tp of white pepper.
1/4 tp of nutmeg powder.
1/8 tp of Chile powder.
2gr of salt (i've just started using pink Himalayan salt and this is the first time i've used it in cooking).

Method:

Cut the bacon up into little squares and fry with the Chile powder until cooked, then put in a bowl, cover and leave to cool down.
Grate the cheeses and garlic cloves together (or press the garlic and add to the cheeses), add the nutmeg and onion powder.

@PureVodka🍺 Turned out a little bit dry/firm and a tiny but salty, but it does have a nice flavor and using bacon works a treat. 4/5
Next time i will only use 1gr of salt and cook for 5 min less, with 2 min of grill at the end again.

@CollideDuhScope Yes 1 rasher is 1 slice. Not turkey bacon, but using that would be fine.
If you or anyone else or thinking of making this via my recipe, i recommend doing it this way.
This is what i will use, when i next make it:

Ingredients:

9 (instead of 6) large eggs (UK weight 68 gr each), i use free range, the yolks or a nice orange color.
6 (instead of 4) rashers of thick cut bacon (about 300gr).
9 ounce of cheese (250gr), half of which was Edam and half extra mature Cheddar.
225ml (instead of 150) of double cream.
5gr (instead of 3gr) of onion powder.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/4 tp of white pepper.
1/4 tp of nutmeg powder.
1/4 tp (instead of 1/8 tp) of Chile powder.
1gr (instead of 2gr) of salt (i've just started using pink Himalayan salt and this is the first time i've used it in cooking).

If anyone in the UK is thinking of making this, just post here if you want me to tell you where to get the main ingredient's at the right price.
