2 lbs chicken tenders

Egg Mix
1 egg
¼ cup water

Breading
100 g pork rinds *see note 1
½ c parmesan cheese *see note 2
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder



Just made this, with just one change, i used 3 1/2 gram of chili powder instead of 6 gram (still spicy). Was very surprised at how (very) well the breading has stuck to the chicken, i cooked it via the oven.

With all the ingredients i used, i make this at just under 80 gram of protein a serving (says 90 in the recipe).

If you do Keto are not, this is a good recipe (5/5) for anyone to make (if you use all the named ingredients), if you do make this, make sure to follow her tips.

Theeee best way to have moist, tender fried chicken is to soak it in buttermilk for at least 12 hours (with your spices of choice).
