I came across this movie yesterday and I think it fits in nicely with your senile audience as most of the characters are in that demographic.
One of the best horror movies I have seen in years as it is everyone's worst nightmare - hell on earth with the bully from your childhood who has turned into a thoroughly chilling John Lithgow. He is the king pin in a nursing home where judge Geoffry Rush has been admitted due to the slight inconvenience of suffering a stroke literally in mid-sentence. Enough said.
