This is making me sick. smiley

SIGN THE PETITION BELOW

Henry Cavell is being replaced in Season 4, "The Witcher" by Liam Hemsworth. WHAT??! . .Mostly due to the writing team, who's strayed so far from the source material, they and Henry Cavil, who plays the lead as Geralt, have decided to go their separate ways. Cavill knows the material backward and forward, and the writers have determined it's their way or the highway.

Therefore, Cavill has chosen to go forward with a new Superman Movie, but from what we're hearing, is he'd rather have stayed with "The Witcher."

Fans hope they can win Cavell back with this petition; they don't believe anyone else can play the lead part, and even I question how Liam Hemsworth can fill Cavill's shoes. I think it will be near impossible for anyone, especially Hemsworth to do the part justice, but that's just my biased opinion.

Over 166,000 have signed this petition to get Henry Cavell to return, and to fire the writers, and I urge all fans of the show to help out with their signatures too, & get this to 200,000 signatures. If NETFLIX doesn't listen, the 166,000 who've already signed are pledging to change their subscriptions, and some, to cancel NETFLIX altogether. This would put a big dent in ratings and possibly doom "The Witcher" Show for any future seasons.

From what I read though, he doesn't want to do it with the new writing the way it is. So I doubt he'd come back to that?

Or are you suggesting that they stick to the source material in order to bring him back?

I'm not sure I understand the purpose of a petition to hire him back when he doesn't want to act for the material that they are giving him?

Truly, a question, not an accusation!

PS - (I'd still love to see him do Superman. He's the most gorgeous Superman ever. smiley smiley smiley )

Sorry I wasn't very clear. Yes, they want the writers fired unless they'll work closer to the source material. lol

I would look at him all day and night if I could, but I'm not a Superman fan; I'd rather he leave that suit and cape off. 😉

@StarKissed AH, OK! I'll sign for that. He's TRULY a geek at heart, and that I love.

Yep, he's pretty easy on the eyes.

...leave the suit and cape off smiley smiley smiley

Actually the uncut parts where he gets really angry were my favourite, because after all he's supposed to be the most powerful of all, and it's the first time they ever showed it. I'm not a fan of the PG superheroes. The comics and Graphic Novels I read were not at all PG. Nope.

I'll watch both, though.

Ugh, Liam Hemsworth? Noooooo!!! Not him.

EDIT: Ok, I signed.

PS - I agree about GoT. The switchover and get-ahead make up Walton's of Winterfell ruined forever that wonderful adaptation. RUINED it. I actually cannot watch it any-more, which is really sad.

I see you caught that about leaving off the suit and cape. smiley

I was looking at his pics on Pinterest and almost fainted. lol

Next they'll hire Miley Cyrus to play "Yennifer." 🙄

Thank you for signing! 🌺
