If I felt I had to do Dark Magic to make a partner return or stay with me, I'd rather just be alone. Keeping a person stressed out and/or angry, lowers their Vibrational Energy, causing them to be more susceptible to the effects of Magic/Voo-Doo, therefore they're more easily controlled.

Why would anyone want to control someone they truly care about like this? They wouldn't. The person's actions wouldn't be true. Their Free Will would've been taken away. You'd have created a puppet to follow your whims.

When one's Vibration is high, Magic literally has no effect, but everything sent out to a person is still returned to the sender 10-Fold. If that doesn't make you think of the consequences, their Ancestors may just eat you for lunch, with no apologies. Most people have Ancestors in the Light, but some also have Ancestors on the Dark Side who love and protect their people just the same, but their bite may be a little more devastating.
