Espionage Act? Sucks to be Trump.
He is screwed, basically. The fact is that the Espionage Acts all around the world are intentionally vague in order to broaden their scopes as wide as possible. And they dont usually make any differentiations between classified documents and documents deemed important for national security or even national interest.
Posseting any such documents outside the confines of clean rooms and security procedures is one thing. Communicating them to third parties brings this into an entirely new ballpark. And the audio tape of Trump discussing the possession of battle plans over a potential Iran invasion is a clusterf**k of epic proportions for Trump......and a wet dream for the prosecution.

Maybe this time the White collar mafia that has captured the US Government has some charges that may stick this time. See JD's comment. Maybe not. How many of those alleged documents were stuffed into the "confiscated boxes" after the fact by special agents? It most certainly would not be the first time that incriminating evidence has been planted on enemies of the state.It certainly won't be the last. So if you don't get it by now, you never will. It's a big club, and we (The 99.99999% ) are not in it.Cross the DC Mafia, and you get erased, or your life becomes a living hell. So far former President Trump has beat every bullsnot charge and accusation to date (Because it was all fabricated lies to start with ), Without exception the recent case a rogue judge who fined him for denying the accusations of a sponsored lunatic and her fake story of of being groped in the mens changing room after she fllowed him and entered without permission (Her story).Yeah Really! Yet, after all this time has past , and evidence of real crimes commited by current and past White House executives goes unprosecuted . ...
