i don't understand why none of the movies will play on my computer. they work just fine on my moms but when i go to a link it won't load the movie or play it. HELP???

ok.. so i am trying to watch a documentary. i type in the name, then click on search. i found the movie; next to the name it says "no links" but below that it says "download". i have clicked on "download" and it brings me to download "Graboid Video". now i've downloaded that..... HOW DO I JUST WATCH THE MOVIE???? i really don't understand why this is so hard
