Why not start a forum topic off where people can post the name of a foreign film with at least one link to it, that needs subs adding to it.
You could post a freeware link to a site that has most of the subs for films (and TV-Shows) and award 25-50 points say to the first person to add the subs and then the link to the film after Moderation.
