Not it, but TY! The story is about a kid gets bit by a dog the father of the boy goes to confront the owner of the dog. When he goes back he shoots the dog and kills the daughter. Story takes place in NY. He spends 20 yrs in prison, while in prison he wonders what happened to his son..Just before he is scheduled to get out an inmate gets in a fight with the CO, the killer interviens and the assault is stopped. The CO involved is the father of the deceiced daughter...the con gets out and is looking for his kid........great story hope someone can help..TY!!

Does anyone remember the name of the movie where a Correctional Officer avenges the death of his daughter by having the killer of his daughter unknowingly kill his own long lost troubled son? The CO is a drunk and a gambler...he borrows $$ from a loanshark who in reality is the killer of his daughter's son. A very twisted yet underated movie
