Just strayed upon this and yes the answer is correct and WHAT a film, i have seen it a few times cus first time i couldnt believe the twist to it, one of my favorite films

I saw an Asian horror a long time ago and can't remember the name of it. I will try my best to describe it.
It had a hotel that had a mass murder in it. Years later a director was making a movie about the murders and is shooting it in the actual hotel where it happened. Then one by one the actors start getting killed the way the person they are playing died.
That is all I can remember. If this sounds at all familiar please let me know.
