One more reason to work out (258 views, 9 replies)
Actually, this isn't at all a myth. It's true.
So are sleep induced ones (for women).
@☂️Suisen🌂 Was doing usually martial arts, we had a lot of women there, never done any aerobics or pilates. Once I asked to join aerobics. Was a closed group of married women, the instructor also a woman didn't want any men in the group. Don't know why and how - I haven't insisted. So my personal experience when sporting with women is getting punched, thrown down and tripped around from them ahahahahaha. In couple cases through the years, when i liked some woman, my instructors, usually friends of mine, had forbidden to me to ask them out !
I go to aerobics group sessions twice a week with around 20 people of various shapes and fitness levels.
About 70% are women; they often get sweaty and grunt while lifting weights, but I never noticed anyone screaming "yes-yes-yeeess" (Harry meets Sally) or reaching the heights of Squirt-woman.
Or maybe they are faking it!

I was always saying that working out is the best remedy, now I read there is one more (for females)
Coregasm: Is It Possible to Achieve Orgasm While Working Out?
Maybe you read a thread on Reddit about them or heard whispers of their occurrence from other women at the gym or your local Pilates class. Well, guess what? The rumors are true. Having an orgasm during exercise is possible, and it might be more common than you think. When it happens, it's called a coregasm, and it might be about to make your next workout a whole lot more interesting.
What is a coregasm?
A coregasm is an exercise-induced orgasm, which is actually the official term for it. It’s sometimes called a coregasm because it occurs most frequently when people are performing core workouts. But that’s not the only way for people to achieve an orgasm while exercising. Some people can reach an exercise orgasm from biking, running, swimming, weightlifting, or even yoga.
