I know I've seen this! I remember the plot you've outlines. But for the life of me I can't remember what it's called, or who was in it. I'll have to sleep on it.

I started this forum before but I thought I would try again to see if anyone recognizes it???
It is a horror movie that I watched on this site, it was probably made mid 2000's or at least in the last few years. It wasn't a big name picture more of a "B" horror. I didn't recognize any actors in it. Here is my description of it:
To couples are in an RV, they go for a hike or leave the RV for some reason. When they come back I believe the RV was ransacked and I do know the RV wouldn't start. The two men leave walking for help and by dark the women are worried. I think they here noises and run. They are being chased by a creature you don't see. They end up running into an underground experimental military base where you see a werewolf like creature running after them. They end up in a military Jeep and drive out of there. Next scene I remember they are in a house still being chased and trying to hide
Does any of that sound familiar to anyone? It was really a good horror movie that I would love to watch again. The internet has been no help finding the title.
