I've been doing " Funny pics with captions " for over 5 years now, after a member started " Funny pics with captions. (10) " dosmovies.com/forum/thread/Funny... who has full hatred for me and has been harassing me (via posting crap in many of my forum topics) since i blocked them over 3 year back, i made up a " Funny pics with captions. (9.1) " and just found out it has been deleted with out a word to me why.

This message i posted the other day to a member:

I blocked her over 3 years back, after she and friends were trashing (posting unrelated stuff in them) all my forum topics and non stop taking the piss out of my spelling.

Also if you go through all my forum post (excluding trailers) for last few years, you will see that she has posted in about 80% of them (even tho i have her blocked). To me this is obsessive behavior. "

So @DrEvil it is clear to everyone to see now, that @JD will allow his friends to harass/stalk another member and go after the person being attacked when they react.

(And by the way, this is the 2nd time this member has pulled this stunt, last time was 3 year back)

why should you not be allowed to continue just because someone else makes a thread??

1. First of all, I didnt realise that I should notify you of any administrative decisions that I take. The fact that I do that with warnings and suspensions, is a courtesy and certainly not an obligation:

2. If you plan to go all legal on me, best to know what you are talking about. As per the IPR legislation, you do have an exclusive right over your copyright of the "Funny pics with captions". Having said that, you did post these threads in this site which in the eyes of the law constitutes a Database for which a separate and independent copyright is granted on the basis of the systematic arrangement of its content. We have the exclusive right over the systematic arrangement and for that reason we are given the tools (add, edit, remove) to arrange the content as per our wishes. Your copyright of the " Funny pics with captions. (9.1)" still subsists but was rejected on this particular Database. You are free to post that wherever else you desire outside this site.

Its interesting to note that this isnt the first time that your copyright is challenged. It did happen again on "Funny pics with captions 8" 3 years ago, on which you didnt make a single post (in silent protest I assume). You did however implicitly recognised its existence by continuing that thread by the numbers 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and so on and so forth, instead of creating a duplicate thread with your name on it.

Even more interesting is the fact that I neither see a PM from you on the specific topic nor a report filed on this transgression. All I see is a public forum post on a matter that is clearly mandated by the rules to be handled in confidence and in PM. As such this public protest of yours can only be interpreted as an attempt to disturb the peace.

3. I have told you a dozen times in the past. YOU CANNOT PROHIBIT ACCESS TO FORUM POSTS BASED ON YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We have provided the Block function to eliminate undesirable interactions, not to eliminate participation. You bringing up this same argument again and again, IS obsessive behavior.

I dont have access to block lists and I dont care to have one. I have much better use of my time than dealing with issues of who likes whom or not.

And here it is. The real reason behind this post. An attack on the Administration. You must realise what a facepalm moment this is. Because the only way you could get away with this with a simple warning, would be if you were new and didnt know/fully understand the rules. But you are not new. And you are no stranger to disciplinary measures either, being a frequent flier to the suspension lists. As such, I will treat this for what it is. An incitement to riot. For that you will earn the customary 30 day suspension period, the lesser of the two options available for such a capital offense (the other being an indefinite suspension/permanent ban).

Perhaps upon your return, your manners and your understanding of the rules might have improved. In the meantime, the "Funny pics with captions. (10)" will either be renamed or deleted in its entirety to preserve your copyright over the thread.
