Button to Mark as Watched error (806 views, 6 replies)
Think of it like an on/off switch. When you first see it it's off so the only option is to turn it on. Once you've turned it on, the only option now is to turn it off. Also, on a normal light switch, unless I'm mistaken, when the switch is off the word you see is "on" and vis versa. I hope that helped.
@Tacosi I think the *sees ON when it's off" is dependant on the switch - some indicate current state, while others show what isn't active, and this is part of what I meant - there's an ambiguity to it that can cause confusion, especially to a new user.
Maybe a better way to approach this would be to change the button so it is grey when unwatched but green when watched, or implement a "Watched?" tick box, maybe even reuse the thumb up/down icons as a distinguishing "yes or no".
@Wolbee I ran into the same conundrum when I first saw this new configuration. But, I caught on. I'm not a genius. The "learning curve" isn't that steep. Maybe this is a non-issue. 🤓

First off, I'm not sure if this is a bug/error, or just me misunderstanding the site, but here goes...
At the moment, any episodes of TV shows that are considered unwatched have a button that says "Watched!", and when you click it to mark it as watched, the button changes to say "Unwatched".
Shouldn't this be the other way around? That way the button says "Unwatched" until you click it, then it says "Watched!"
