I doubt it my friend, doesn't sound possible. But I think there could be a a sequence of function similar to undoing such action, which will require a lot of work, I suppose. I am sure Doc will see this post and let you know.
In the past I have asked for the possibility for us to download in some form our playlists, back up in some type of file, in case of site failure. This was a thought of mine when the site switched from 2M to DosM. Perhaps this could be easier ? I can't tell.

Would it be possible to have an undo button. I can't tell you how many times I've been in one of my Playlist scrolling and accidentally hit the red X that deletes the movie off your list. When I've done this it happens so quick that I don't even know which movie I accidentally deleted.
So if we had an undo or un delete button that would be awesome.
