I was told you can also access Bit Coin payments through "Cash App" as well, and I've tried, but I'm doing something wrong apparently. If anyone has any knowledge how to do it, please tell us.
I know many of us want to donate, but "how" is the problem; the instructions I've interacted with so far, are confusing to me.

@StarKissed Theres a mall on the otherside of my town that has a bitcoin machine I'm going to go look at it next weekend & see if I can figure it out. I have no idea how to use it either but if I figure it out I will come back & try to relay a how to guide. I wish we could etransfer or something.

Need to understand why some fees nearly wipe out the input $… while other output/fees are so low.
We definitely want to lean into lower fees. But I’m learning!

I just use Coinbase. It's simple and straight-forward. No need for a wallet. I only buy Bitcoin when I need to use it.

I think the issue is that Ukraine is at War. This form of exchange is legal and will get where it needs to go.
Other forms of currency exchange, will not (for many reasons).
People are afraid of Bitcoin for reasons that are valid, but also invalid.
Such as "Bitcoin is used by drug dealers".
Yes, it is. So is the cash of each and every country. In fact, moreso with the money of the country.
If you want to help, then find someone you trust here, and send them whatever you can afford and they'll do the Bitcoin exchange.
There's a lot of over complicating Bitcoin on this thread.
It's been over complicated by the media hype.

Just smacked into same issuo I forgot having last time. Without a reg credit card (only a gov issued debit card) it cannot be used for bitcoin. Refuses registry. Okay, so if I buy BCoin with cash at grocery store - how do ya get it into the coinbase.app? Gov benefit card doesn't allow these cash apps? 
then too, how is anyone s'posed to know when fees are SO high it wipes out the donation almost entirely?

I'm trying to work out an alt means to turn simple paper money into BC - a simple method Moobz users may be more willing to use that DOES NOT INCLUDE: credit card trail, bank acct details, sending cash to strangers and/or political entities.
I'm thinkin' I'll try using a cash gift card - put THAT card# in the cash.app.

Its not a currency debate, its a 'how to pay another way' debate, just because I do not know how to, or want to, use bitcoin does not make me stupid, I have no need to use bitcoin in my everyday life, I will not be made to feel inadequate or not care about this site, If Doc or JD, who are somewhat more in charge here, could come up with a 'Go fund me' or something similar, I'm all in...

Absurdly weird we are feeling inferior and incompetent ALTHOUGH we are trying and willing to support by almost ANY OTHER MEANS than bitcoin.
Like... get a few more alt acts: VENMO, PAYPAL, GO FUND ME so people can get money to the site? Why are Moobz members having to go thru 'stuff' to get funny-money overseas?

I've been using this site for 7/8yrs I think, registered for 5, I want to keep it around and especially with what Doc is going thru, I have other things going on like work and life and stuff to sit there all day trying to work out the tech mind of a prick who thought this sh*t up to confuse us little people who prefer cash in everyday life. I only have cash, and im saying 'take some of it'

@ijaija Ask the Service Desk or MGR or Cashier to point you toward the cash gift cards. *They're usually found on a rack along with birthday and food gift cards. (So grandma's can send kids money for b-days without putting cash in the mail.) I don't have any grandbabies to fund - so I'm just now learning this stuff, and taking advice from elders in the neighborhood.

The sad part is: even if I figure out a workaround to get cash into bitcoin by 'secondary method' I doubt many others will take all steps necessary to give away their cash.

Since tantrums were had because I didn't get to town immediately (thus called a liar, 'sumbuddy' quit site again, triggered even more fits, ugh). Lets digress: I'll clarify that I do stuff in town after the 1st of the month like most people around here. AND, at this moment its hotter than record-breaking-hell outside... so it's looking like a week before I head to town REGARDLESS.
Pretty sure no one here needs permission, insults or tantrums for finding an alternative means to giving their money away. So, calm down and ratched those sloppy accusations down a bunch while people are still WILLING to figure out a viable workaround.
