Well that's generally the point of morality. Deciding what is right and wrong in your own sub-conscious without the opinion of others.

@Nihilus🍺 Take your morality and learn how it applies to others Them that are not you. Then choose a cheese.

"I do for me." How did I get such a silly short comment? I did not say that as a comment.

@SoylentBrown Why can't you eat cheese?
Sharp cheddar is a good one.

Medical reasons. Stilton is good if you can get the real thing.

@SoylentBrown Please stop it SoylentBrown, you'll have me drooling. A proper smelly cheese without the crunchy blue bits.
How do they keep the blue bits soft?
Such a long time since a full on proper smelly cheese.

@IamBlue Yes. Them that are interested will come together and make these decisions.

Good point. MPA2000, Perfect case of 'don't see, don't tell'
Morality takes a back seat. Or does it? Which is more 'Moral'

I guess "do unto others" is about as basic as it gets. As to stealing, I'm against it but in the case of media, I'm stealing from thieves so it doesn't bother me so much.

I have a 200 channel cable package bundled with my Internet. Which is full of crap. Most of the good stuff nowadays is on streaming sites, but you have to pay extra for those. Ridiculous. If I cancel the cable, the un-bundled price of the Internet is almost the same. As far as I'm concerned bundling is extortion and should be illegal.

I guess morals and ethics change depending on your tax bracket. smiley

@SoylentBrown true, the very poor cannot afford morals; and the rich are above them.

hah hah- smiley -true.I have noticed that, example,a woman having a kid out of wedlock,in low society, poor, does not get put in prison,or heavily judged, cause it happens all the time. And a very filthy rich woman who has a kid without a marriage, cannot be easily judged or condemned either.--she is too RICH to be judged. smiley

But a middle class woman, has always been VERY JUDGED by her society, for doing the same, cause the Middle Class cannot afford to get a BAD REPUTATION for a young woman, who's unmarried.Even now, communities value married women with kids highly, but there is a cloud of judgement over the working(or not)young women having kids ALONE..EVEN IN OREGON,which is rather primitive,(very)the "single moms"are looked down on.Having kids alone is still like telling the town"I couldn't get a dad for them!!",--and women especially are going to look down on her.--WOMEN particularly judge other womens' morals. I am not saying this is RIGHT--but it happens anyway!! smiley
