Actually from a teacher's standpoint, that sounds like more of a testament to sanity than insanity 
A teacher who wants to murder her students, a sentiment echoing in the thoughts of every teacher in the history of time..... 
I am sure the sentiment was well provoked. I would be really curious to hear exactly what the fifth-grade student did to warrant the creation of that kill list. And before you guys get all defensive about it, consider this. Have you not ever thought that the person you hate in the office (because there will always be one) should be hit by a bus on his way to the office?
Of course this is rather rhetorical as the fact that the teacher did discuss the kill list with her intended victims only goes to show that she is either of diminished responsibility or that she didnt intend to commit to her plan.

That's a far cry from the ruler they like to smack you with. Perhaps the teacher believed she could scare the kid into behaving. 🤔 My mom used to tell me she was going to kill me every chance she got, but she didn't really mean it.
