A huge fan of horror - Zombies especially. Will watch any Horror Anthology I come across, no matter how bad.

Also a fan of Apocalyptic/Disaster, Marvel, Science-Fiction and Fantasy.

How The French Military uniform evolved:

A long time ago, the British and French were at War. During one battle, the French captured an English major. They took the major to their headquarters and a French general began to question him.
The French general asked 'why do you English officers all wear red coats? Don't you know the red material makes you easy targets for us to shoot?'.
In his bland English way, the major informed the general that the reason English officers wear red coats is so that if they are shot, the blood won't show and the men they are leading won't panic.
And that is why from that day to now, all French army officers wear brown pants.

The Most Dangerous Cake Recipe in the WORLD !

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using)
and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to
cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because
now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

I usually make a spiced carrot cake with added mix fruit (currants and raisins) and crushed walnuts, with cream cheese frosting. Gonna try this one out! Thanks x

Per our earlier discussions about media bias, I've seen several showing left vs. right leaning, but this one also speaks to credibility on the cross axis. Nice clean look of it. The only question is, of course, how reliable is the source talking about the sources, a la Who watches the watchers?
