I love this kind of stuff... My name is Layla. Which I have seen a couple of meanings for starters, The first one.. Dark Beauty.. I am obviously stunning so thats true lol.. ( JOKE ) no seriously , I am not dark as I am as fair as they come but my thoughts can be quite dark sometimes.. hahahaha. I have also seen that it means music of the night... hmmmm, not sure what to make of that. Think my parents liked the name after the clapton song so thats how I got it.

My name is William. It means protector. In German, my name is Wilhelm from which we get the English word helmet.

Ever notice how, with the exception of demonic names like Lucifer, nobody's name ever means something like 'the despicable' or 'lazy one'.

As for my Two-Movie name, that just means I am a guy, and surprise surprise, from Toronto.

Next you watch a film or tv show, carefully write down the names and look them up. Writers will frequently incorporate that into the characters' names to create layers of meaning. Similarly the names of episodes have meaning and may be nods to famous literature.

Apparently my name means "creepy cardboard" according to out resident expert in all things and of course onomatology and although it was a bit distressing at first, I have come to accept the role that my god has chosen for me and the name also.

Blessed be by Box
