This kind of thing is reaching epidemic levels. The truth around THC consumption for the developing brain is that it does do irreversible damage. This poor child. Too many people are lulled into thinking this drug is harmless. Ever since the creation of stronger THC cannabinoids, people have lost the run of themselves, hailing this drug as harmless, and even calling it a "cure all".

I have first hand experience [on the receiving end of psychotic behaviour that resulted in violence] that continual, large consumption of edibles or smokables does cause psychosis. No one will ever convince me that these newer strains are harmless. They are not.

A lot of users of this drug are abusing it, and the record numbers of problems are only just beginning to be revealed with the high THC strains.

How irresponsible was this woman to have THC Gummies around an unsupervised 4 year old.

I hope she goes to prison for manslaughter.

@DontSpeak I completely agree, Here in Canada many people go to the native reserve and purchase cannabis and edibles that are much, much stronger than what is sold in the stores in our cities. I took one toke off a bong a couple years ago after having a couple of drinks so I wasn't drunk. Within seconds I couldn't talk, walk. I went home and went to bed. I thought I wasn't going to wake the next day. Never again. I was used to smoking the pot from the 80's late 90's. This child must have been terrified not know what was happening. God bless him and I also hope she gets punished harshly

@💛Yellow_rose1💛 It's just simple chemistry. People are idiots being led to the slaughter.

@DontSpeak yes it is a very sad reality. I think that these edibles should be sold in lock boxes just like methadone from a clinic
