@kathyerine11 You can most likely straighten this out when a moderator is on board. They will find your old account and merge with your new account and you'll be good as new.

And that you accidentally made another registration with a slightly different user name (rather than just logging in)?
You could always try logging out under katherine11 and logging in under katherine.

I have been registered with dosmovies for three years. I have my favorits, wishlist, and shows I follow. I had to get a new computer. Now, it says I cannot watch ANY tv shows or movies because I do not have any points!!!!!!!! I have a lot of points. I am logged in as usual. Why didn't my points and tv shows that I follow keep? I just changed computers. I probably do that every year and this never happened. Can someone help? I cannot watch any tv shows or movies because it says I have no points, which is not true. I have made a few story lines. I always say if it is a bad or good link. I have to use a competitor's website. I don't want to but dosmovies has kind of kicked me out. Thanks for any help.
