My brain's got a battery run by a hamster wheel, and if there's not something keeping it spinning, the battery dies. I always keep something playing in the background while I work just to avoid hitting ten seconds of silence where I forget who I am and what I was doing, and my cinematic to-do list is drying out. Drop recs before I resort to hitting 'random movie' on here or 'play something' on Netflix, which is the media equivalent of using a Tor browser to search how to bulk buy coca-cola.

If you've got hamster-wheel-brain, then maybe try something like a series with shorter episode lengths & ever changing subjects...

...if you've not seen Love Death & Robots, then that would work...

Dirk Gentley's Holistic Detective Agency is another good series that will work with brain-fire...

If you've not seen Outlander, that's very good for longer attention spans & need for story immersion...

High Maintenance is good... Green Acres is really good... Laugh-In is BANGO Excellent... if you can find it...

Newer things are What If, Night Sky, Black Mirror, Upload...

Animaniacs, Ren & Stimpy, Amazing Tales, Space Ghost Coast to Coast are also pretty cool... Liquid Television if you can find that one... rare...

If you want a movie & have a good attention span, then- Enter The Void, Nowhere, MirrorMask, Brasil, The Adventures Of Baron Munchausen, Bicentennial Man, Final Cut, etc... ...

Have you looked at any of the playlists from the members here?

For example:

Teeny: dosmovies.com/user/cherrydutton/...

She has one of the most extensive, well categorised collections around. It's pretty handy since it is very diverse.
