Not so long ago you couldn't turn on your telly without getting some cooking show. Some were really entertaining like 'Floyd on fish' He was always half baked by the end of the show. Then there were the 'How to' shows, loved the ones aimed at kids.
Only thought on it as I'm getting hungry, have a kitchen full of food and can't think of a single thing to make.

@Egor17 This is an awesome website and super easy to use. You just put a check mark in the boxes of ingredients that you already have and it brings up a ton of recipes.

well, there's a whole "cooking Network" or "food network" full of recipes.can you get cable tv?cause the Food Network is there. They got"The Great British Baking Show."my sister loves that one.and "Cupcake Wars."there are a lot of cooking shows, maybe you have Dish for tv?5You just have to look.I know,I wouldn't mind Julia re-runs I'd love that.I have her old cookbook French cooking for Americans.

Also, the Food Network is on line.Just google recipes and there many cookibg websites with recipes. When I need a recipe,I start looking online.Food people love the Net.You could ask for cupcakes for instance & get hundreds of cupcake lovers! hah good luck let us know how yer doing. smiley(OOPS you may find cooking videos online too--even youtube.)

@Egor17 Sounds like it's time to get your TV out of storage and spend more time watching instead of cooking! (I suffer from the same syndrome...) smiley

Truly, scope Alton Brown's - Good Eats. Like 'mad scientist with kitchen tools' genius. The earlier years were insanely energetic and inspiring. Almost impossible not to like, I swear.

@HamsterDamNED Er? Who or what is 'Usher'? The only usher I knew was the person that showed you to your seat in cinemas of old, Then came round with chocolate, cigarettes and ice cream during the intermission.

@HamsterDamNED I think he's spent the last few years infecting fans with herpes and fighting court cases related to the blistering STI lol
