It's a video aggregation script, there are a lot of those with all the TV/movie link collections, search function etc. And the owner of the particular .co domain, is just trying to get more traffic by using known domain names.

I clicked on this site in the search page since it says twomovies.thought nothing of it ,,, went on the site and well this is what the site was like , so my question is
