It's a bad upload most likely. In any case, it xannot be fixed.
You need to REPORT THE LINK YOH WATCHED, so the linker will remove it.
There are many other (16) links/hosts. For instance, I just checked Voe and it plays for all the 1:40+.
It could be anything from a bad upload, to a glitch with the host, to your own Internet connection.
It cannot be fixed here.

This movie is supposed to be an hour and forty minutes but it cuts off 40 minutes in. I know because I had to watch it somewhere else and it had the proper time for the film's length. So someone should fix that.
