I agree, but it's not mandatory here.
I always link with HC or CC, others do not. I cannot possibly go through every show and movie (I'm a non-profit volunteer), but I can try to find episodes with subtitles or give you the subtitles to load yourself for your own requests.

Download the subtitles yourself and upload them to what you're watching. opensubtitles is what i use to get the SRT files for shows that don't have them.

Are there subtitles for these? I don’t get why non English language shows are posted without subtitles. It’s fun to discover shows from around the world! But please, put English subtitles! Thanks
