So when you say near the end after Dr. Tony Hampton and "yours truly" this means that you are in it as well? I had a pain specialist recommend this diet to me he called it the Paleo diet. That it is based on a diet that humans would have consumed during the Paleocene era. Lean meats, whatever the humans foraged at the time etc. This means, no Barbecue sauce or any condiments for that matter. One must drink only water. It seems like a good diet. What stopped me is the expense of living on a diet like this. I do try to stick to this type of diet as close as possible. High protein low carb and plenty of exercise. I'm losing weight and my blood pressure has returned to normal for over a year and my Blood sugars are almost normal too. I will look for it thanks for the post

@💛Yellow_rose1💛 I think the issue is peddling a "one size fits all" diet of any kind. Everyone on this planet has different dietary needs. The trick is finding the balance and eating nutritiously (meaning as unprocessed as possible).
