@Blaze1 I first need to look up what it all means. (Only messing, but seriously, I rely on my truly tech savy friends for this kinda stuff. Some people just have a real knack for it in every way. Me, not so much. I can type pretty fast though! Does that count??) :) PS - Congrats sounds wonderful.

Now you only need to upgrade your eyes to 4K UHD and the picture quality will be amazing smiley

Sorry Blaze1. I agree with the other replies. Mostly DogsLife. If your eyes are up to it. The sort of definition with that sort of pixel count is mostly just used in cinemas. And are still well short of the obsolete 'Omnimax' format.
Though if you still have young sharp eyes and a 50 inch screen the occasional made to format movie will be made.
That's not to say it will not become the standard. Just as computer speeds and screens do.
But the real question is "Can you actually see the difference?" If so, Enjoy.
Most stuff on the internet is far lower in resolution. An actual DVD disc can be about 8GB. BYTE not bits. Over the net at about 720p, sharp on a good screen, just over 1GB. 1080p, UHD over the net, you better have a fast connection. And remember it only goes as fast as the slowest connection of the many that it is coming through. Most hosts put a limit on file size. Therefore definition.
Dr.Evils comment almost had me chortling. I never watch CAM rips. Bad for my eyes.
