I'm looking for the name of really low budget film I saw. It was dubbed movie and I think it may have been french but not 100% sure on that! My husband thinks it was Italian.
A couple traveling have a flat or break down and couple of thug type guys stop and harass them. They end up at this house with weird people and in the end there is a boy in basement with his arms and legs cut off so he couldn't run away. I'm thinking they trap people with flat tires and feed them to their son or maybe they are all cannibals. The 2 thug guys end up showing up at the house too and try to help the wife but they are killed and the no limbs boy was from a prior wreck I think and they kept him to be a friend for their cannibal son.
I know this isn't a lot to go on but hoping something rings a bell with someone
