@---BOX--- After about 30 seconds, I would have pulled that shotgun that I kept behind the counter, and put a hole in him. But that's just me.

@bondojoe You must be a city guy Joe. Country folk are more patient, dare I say polite?

@---BOX--- Well, I was born between Chicago and Milwaukee...spent 30 years there. Moved to the south...been here about 36 years...I'm polite enough...but I can still spot a smart ass homicidal maniac. That guy wasn't being polite..he was being stupid...and was lucky he didn't end up dead.

@---BOX--- Good luck trying to remake this section of The Meaning of Life now without offending/upsetting some person/group or other... for a number of reasons, including but not limited to...

1: naked underage children all appearing on camera standing and singing while in a tin bath.
2: underage children of various ages all singing about sperm and semen.
3: song mentions those who 'follow mohammed'.
4: man dressed as catholic priest in church singing about every sperm being sacred.
5: men dressed as catholic cardinals sitting/singing in prams.

Oddly enough, a man dressed as a woman probably wouldn't be on the list of reasons because that could be seen as being inclusive to trans-folks and thus would be acceptable, on the other hand, depending who you ask, it actually might make the list because presumably that's male-privilege for a man to choose to dress as a woman or not.

@Lurkio Totally agree with 1,2 and 3.

Although the catholic stuff wouldn't offend even the Irish church nowadays - they keep very quiet about most things.

Those were the days when the only meaning of PC was the personal computer produced by IBM. The good old days I suppose. Their comedy was the opposite of established correctness at that time. Pro-sex and anti-establishment. Healthy opposition.

@maeGastar When Christopher Walken laughs like that, you know you are in trouble. And a younger Tony Soprano cutting his teeth in the background. smiley
