Can not start videos (1782 views, 5 replies)
Thanks for quick reply. I was not trying to play it through Kodi but instead was trying to play direct from web site using the android Chrome browser.
I have 3 different style/brand of tablets including a new Ipad and I have noticed that a lot of the links when you try to use them to play a movie on a tablet it is considered as a mobile device and not compatible to play the movie and you will need to find a compatible link that will play on those type devices. I have found that the "allmyvideos.net" movie links seem to play on all my tablets including the ones that use android versions and Ipad as well. Hope this helps....
@hotrodall +1 not all links work on mobile devices

We can make a flag 'Works on mobile' or something like that, but how to detect such links?

newbie
I know I am not an idiot because I have XBMC (Kodi) installed and configured on several different devices. I have tried following following the directions but closing ads and then clicking play only causes the spinning circle and after it stops only a black screen. Some sources not mater what I do I always get a registration page. I have tried many sources with the same results. BTW, how do I find different video players other than the one offered? I am using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S with KK 4.4.2.
