Very well said Craymoss... maybe integrity doesn't matter here... but in case it does, I've done image searches on google, and his so-called girlfriend is someone's pic he has copied from Plenty of Fish, and the previous one was a famous model... not bloody likely right???

.. someone minused you and I just plused you. You can't vote more than once on anything, forums or movie comments. Unless you have more than 1 account. So all duplicate people and those that have that should be banned. That was #10 rule. did the rules change?

Personal feelings and voting put aside, he has apparently been reported by multiple users. Now I don't know what these reports were about but were they not serious enough for him to be banned? This guy has been very creepy about kids, recommends torture porn, talks about his sex life and anal rape and fisting in chatbox. Are those not reasons enough for a user to be banned? In my book they are but my book isn't the one that matters here. I'll respect whatever decision you make Dr. Evil but I just wanted to make my thoughts on this subject known for the record.

We've already had 1 long disturbing forum about him, before this one. And 2 bans for abhorrent behavior already. It was put to a vote now and the vote is against him.

I had no idea how much of a total tool this guy is as I haven't been witness to the posts mentioned which sound extremely disturbing. I thought he'd just upset people more with his overly helpful offers in chat and maybe something inappropriate to one or two other members over time so i'm sorry to say I voted not to ban him. I'd like to change that vote and get rid of said tool also as causing this much upset is not good for the group as a whole. Note to self: don't always stick up for who you think is an underdog as sometimes it will bite you in the ass!!! ;)

I get the feeling that a lot of ppl that voted for him to stay are like Willial390 above. They are unaware of the whole situation. The only ppl that are, or at least should be, aware of all the details are the admin and mods. Which is why the final decision does and should remain with them. I know how at least 2 of the mods feel about this. I'm not sure why he is being given so many chances. I would encourage members to use the report button if they see anything inappropriate. Simply go to the user's profile who you feel needs reported and click the report button, very simple. Happy watching guys

This is merely an opinion and observations. <br> <br> 1. Whether you're aware of it, this thread is actually a breach of some of the deeper laws surrounding Data Protection. Publicly stating that complaints have been received about a member is a breach of privacy and confidentiality which all members are assured of when joining a forum - hence the option for usernames, no personal addresses or details etc. In the same respect, those who made complaints have the right to that matter being a confidential issue between them and the site staff. As a result of that, I voted not to ban as the vote was not in line with the confidentiality policy. <br> <br> <br> 2. ... In my opinion, a permanent ban if there was one should have happened when the issues first arose. You cannot impose a retrospective ban later on because the person concerned is still irritating people. What has actually been done since the last ban to break forum rules or policies? But if no rule breaking has occurred post ban 2, what is the justification? The forum has clear code of conduct rules.
