ACTUALLY I think it should be 1 account PER IP address. And YES! The age limit needs to be raised to at LEAST 18+ BUT Of course kids that are younger can lie about their birth date. so idfk.

@Dr.Evil I know what dynamic IP is...it is kinda like using a payphone for your computer so it can make the connection using an available assigned temp IP number. I think it is referred to as DHCP which is why it seems that only one account per IP is impossible and of course impractical if you have more than one user per computer for instance. With 32bit IP's there is only so many #'s available...

I think to avoid harassment from a users using more than one account. Only 1 account created per user should be allotted in a 24 hour period.
Re the age limit, there are people on here who act like children and probably are. Acting rudely and cussing users out on the chat box. Also there are some movies here that kids shouldn't watch i.e any of the movies in the Adult section or something like Boogie Nights.
