virtues and the public life. To many, it connotes a supposed triviality and frivolity that
characterized the Roman Republic prior to its decline into the autocratic monarchy
characteristic of the later Roman Empire's transformation about 44 B.C

This is a great seal rescue channel I am so hooked on..lol.. They had a Kayak touring business but saw so many seals with fishing lines, nets, ropes, one had a t-shirt on(kinda, another wearing a type of sheet, all kids of stuff (they are very playful) they ended up doing so many rescues they started this.. It's pretty Awesome check it out, they are never very long 10 min maybe or less.
