is thr anyway you could make deleting your messages from your inbox and outbox more easier ?
i know you can select all then press delete , but that only deletes the message on that page !
the reason iam asking is i started to delete some inbox mesages and on page 34 it was messages from less than a month ago and i still had more pages showing , it would take ages deleting every page one at a time smiley
anything you can do to make it easier @Dr.Evil smiley smiley

I think it would be a good idea and less time consuming if there was a way to delete all of our messages.

Don't delete them. :)
Seriously, how often you delete messages in your email accounts or messengers.

@Dr.Evil True but it's being removed from my screen which is the point of my deleting it so the action has the desired effect regardless of it not actually being deleted.

@Dr.Evil You mean nothing is being deleted from the server?

It is still helpful (for me) to have a less cluttered inbox and outbox.

I'm pretty sure that's mostly what other members are asking for.

I hit select all then uncheck the ones I need like show links. I do it everyday so I never have more than two or three pages. I would like to separate the links from the likes. I have three days a week with zero time to watch anything. Then a couple of binge watch days.

Okay I added delete all stuff. But only to your inbox. I don't know if you need it for outbox.

@Dr.Evil Ok I figured it out and was able to easily "delete all from system" which means all those notifications that clogged up my inbox and now gone. I like how you added the pop-up box to confirm deletion. Awesome work Dr.Evil!!

@3UN01A I think that we should put notifications in a totally different space.

@Dr.Evil Yes, I think that's a great idea.

I've had so many messages from members that I never even seen or read because of the system clogging the inbox and pushing messages to the back.

I like what you have done so far. It works for me and it's easy to navigate.

thank you xx

@chaseyerself Mine is exactly the same as well. :(

EDIT: I found it!

It's at the BOTTOM of the page when you are in your inbox.

Select a message and choose the delete all option.

It will ask for confirmation to delete all from "system" or whatever you have chosen.

I hope that makes sense and it helps you. :)

@chaseyerself No worries. I seem to see it underneath each message, too, now.

It might've always been there, I don't know. lol

Let me try to explain why companies don't actually delete your data.
Please red this first: softwareengineering.stackexchang...

Messages never being deleted! Usually sites just flag them as:
deleted_by_sender
deleted_by_recei ver

Why? Because if you delete a message permanently as a sender - a receiver will not be able to read it. It's not about security, it's about usability and design.

What about TwoMovies?
We delete old messages from time to time permanently. But only messages that were both flagged as deleted by sender and receiver.
