When i saw the trailer i thought of this one: dosmovies.com/watch_movie/OtherLife/?ref.... Which has a very unique and complex storyline compared to what the trailer of chamber seem to be.
And somehow i think you also thought about the same movie 🤔

i cannot help thinking of the recurring theme of these incarceration/torture films; and whether their point is forewarning people as to what could happen, or for acclimating them because its already here and you or someone you know might be next.

I liked "Cube" that @uunbound referenced (when it came out it was quite original), I just don't don't have any gra for "Saw" type torture horror (it's not a criticism, it's just not my thing). I did like the original "Martyrs", but it had an excellent back story despite being quite bloody; avenging stories seem to be different to me.
I'll be interested to see exactly what this one actually is.

@ I loke a backstory too, but you're right. It doesn't seem like it will have much of a story surrounding it. it could just be the trailer not showing it though, but who knows?? I guess we'll just have to see. It's definitely not one that I'm dying to see or anything.

I dont know about this, but it may be good. I've seen a movie a long while back that was similar to this, but it was just one person in at a time and I don't really remember how they got there or why. I kind of want to check it out though.
