@DemandingFemale See..I was unaware that ALIEN came before BLADE RUNNER. I wonder was it a budget thing..lol.
@mackone A lot of things are reused. Budget and availability being the culprits. The effects/set department were always tightly squeezed so would use anything left laying around.
Sci-Fi sets/models are probably the most reused.
The corridors in Alien were reused in several other British shows.
One of the most well known sets to be reused is Back To the Future/Gremlins.

EASTER EGGS!!! Jordan Peele had so many Easter eggs in his last movie GET OUT, people had to see the film several times to catch them all. Now he's let it out the bag that his new movie US will have even more.
Quick Easter egg trivia: According the David Fincher, there is a coffee cup in every scene of FIGHT CLUB.
According to Martin Scorsese, in the movie THE DEPARTED, there is an X behind every
character that is killed in the movie
(ha..I watched it again and X marks the spot).
And then there's Easter eggs people just make up that can be just as intriguing...like Jewels and Vincent were actually angels sent from heaven to retrieve Marsellus Wallace's soul in PULP FICTION (Ha...I love it).
