sometimes the code isn't sent the first time I've asked for it. There have been times that I have had to ask for the recovery code twice. I hope this helps you

Cheers but issue was never getting the rest link. For ex. Still no trace of reset email in any of my email accounts, including obviously, the one linked here. May have missed webhost email here, but no login no service 
so not sure who or how to contact anyone here W/o being logged in.
@DrGaz3lle so frustrating I'm sure. You may have to do a factory reset. It would mean losing all your stored files within your hard drive. I feel for you
@DrGaz3lle I'm a ding-a-ling and can't recall my password either.. I'd like to be able to use other devices as well!
At least I'm not the only one weeks later awaiting that reset pw email that will ever show up!

So I needed to reset my password, and followed the instructions. Except, 4 days later still haven’t gotten the recovery link as promised by email (yes, I have the right email, and yes, I checked my spam).
There’s got to be an easier way to do this that doesn’t involve looking for an email (or one that never comes 😡🫤😑)
Please fix this?
