The Oxford English Dictionary has chosen its word of the year – for the first time after a public vote, and the phrase ‘goblin mode’ came out on top.
TGoblin mode is the behavior in which one satisfies one’s desires without remorse, but it is also associated with negative traits – laziness, recklessness and greed. It is usually combined with the refusal to conform to social norms and the expectations of others.(i.e. DOSr'z, yeah YOU! ➕ )
