@DontSpeak There was a debate about using cysteine in products, if it's ethical or not. They claim to be out of pig hair. I think it was first found in some known brand instant coffee. Glad I don't drink such ahahahha . They would add cysteine even in some types of bread. There is a whole science in Food Chemistry. Some people join institutes to learn these things.... We eat and learn afterwards. Funny or tragic, can't really tell. Of course the science of making food would test and apply new or different substances upon their like ...
