Since we are all home with our fur babies I thought I would share a couple of dog treat recipes I've been making for my babies, Bohdi and Juno. They can't eat enough of them!
1 banana mashed
1 egg white
1 large egg
1/3 cup peanut butter (see ** below)
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp honey
Preheat oven 300°
Blend egg, peanut butter, banana and honey
Mix until blend
Slowly added flour mixture in to make dough
Once mixed knead for a few minutes
Sprinkle flour in cutting board and roll out dough
Use cute cookie cutter shapes
Transfer to lightly greased or cookie sheet loved with parchment paper
Brush with egg white
Bake for 25-30 minutes
**(Make sure peanut butter doesn't contain xyliol)
I use the 100% peanut kind bc you don't want salt/sugar in it
3 Ingredient Dog biscuits:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 4oz jars of baby food
Preheat oven 350°
Mix ingredients together to form a stiff dough
You can add extra flour if needed
