It helps to give you nicotine but it is not like a smoke after dinner. Belgium is a smoke country 7,5euro for a pac 25 sigg in Australia its 29 ausie dollars for 20 sigg. I tried to stop went from 80 a day to 20 now I stay at 35 sigg a day. Better but not stopped. I seen in a program on the show the doctors that kids and adults can overdose because the cillinder inside broke and all the nicotine was given at once , very dangerous they said in the show the doctors ... But when used good in can help you to stop or to smoke less . Altough I am rising again now I stopped with E-sigg's ...

@PureVodka🍺 I tried so manny times... Nicothine patches , hypnose , E-sigg , psycho-therapie and here in Belgium the state pays 50% to 100% back if you try but it is to late for me!!! But good for you :) almost 4 years , My longest was 27 days because I coulden't breath from my C.O.P.D. and few days later I failed again. And it is true , even after 2 days you can't stand the smell of other smokers , you breath and sleep better , no awfull taste in the mouth... I wish I had a part of your Character mate... @freddy6666 What i mean by the smell is i still like it and i belive that applies to most ex-smokers...why do you think people put weight on...eating more as a substitute to the smell i guess. With e-cigs i put no weight on :)
@PureVodka🍺 When I stopped I could not stand it , if someone smoked in my home... On the terras oke but my smell and taste improved so hard that I could smell if someone smoked 2 hours earlier its in the clothes and stuff. It was good my taste , smell and energy went up , also had more time because the hours I sat with my coffee and sigg , I could use for other things :) ... Weight was no problem , even lost some in the 27 days

i smoke pipe tobacco [ as a rollup, hey fk i like it] but when unable [ freinds/parents house or on my electric scooter i smoke a usb charged device like the white one in the pic , [ well i did till lost the bloody mouth piece today] and i am pissed off they dont do fkin tobacco flavoured !!! its all sweet cherry or chocalate fking icecream vanilla fudgecake bollocks, decent amount of smoke and a decent hit , just fkin hate bubble gum baccie

Limitless all the way if you like to vape for the cloud and are a DL hitter. If you are vaping to not smoke then I like the joyetech egrip II with a 1.5 coil. It is great if you are MTL hitter like I am

@ginger666 The ego-t is what I use. I've only been vaping for about 6 months. With these pens you don't need to "build" anything. No computer programmes either. You just buy the pens and some ejuice, fill the tank, which is easy and you're ready to go. I recommend going to a vape shop. They will be very helpful.

@ginger666 No you don't have to build anything. Go to your nearest vape shop and tell them you are new to vaping they will help you find what is right for you. I smoked 25+ years and that was 2 packs a day on a good day. I have been vaping for several years now and I don't miss cigs at all. Also Joyetech Ego one or AIO Ego are both great starters. Look up Joyetech Egrip 2 it is a AIO (all in one) vape they are easy to start with

Was a 60 cigs a day guy, bought a Aspire tank with Istick 30w Battery pack and couldn't believe that I stopped smoking instantly. <br> It's now been 18 months without a ciggy and I can't believe I was dumb enough to smoke. <br> Everything smells so much fresher, food tastes better and I don't smell like a walking ashtray anymore. Can't even stand the smell of someone smoking 50ft away!! <br> The Vape I use is Exactly the same taste as Malboro Lights (which I used to smoke) I still use the 24mg Nicotine level Vape manufactured by Vapin Plus (Classic Tobacco). <br> One 15ml Vape bottle last me a week($6)instead of the 3 Cartons of Ciggies ($160)....a hell of a savings....I could pay for a Car on the money I've saved. <br> Also, the Vape liquid I use is total organic and has zero chemicals of any kind, only 4 ingredients. I've been cig free for almost a year. The first e-cig I got was a terrible vape pen starter kit with a tiny tank and a battery that was way too long. I dropped it once and the tank separated from the thread ring that attaches it to the battery -_- total waste.

<br> Bought a jomotech lite 40 for my first go at sub-ohming, haven't looked back. I still buy the higher (11 or 16mg) nicotine juices for everyday use but I occasionally treat myself to cosmic vortex (blue slush puppy) and chemical x (vimto) from the thicker sub-ohm juice ranges.

<br> It was funny when I first started vaping as I'd hack a lung up with every draw, it takes a while before you realise you can't inhale quite the same way as you do with cigs. I eventually figured out that beginners need to draw into the mouth first, then into the lungs rather than straight through

I have the egrip 2 bc i vape to quit smoking therefore i like to hit it like i did a cigarette. My husband and son are all about the big clouds so they have the 300 watt mods. the egrip 2 is an 80 watt mod. I like the all in one package but it does have an adapter so if i choose i can add an atomizer to the top. i haven't had a cig in over 2 years now thanks to vapes.

I like joyetech brand. the cuboid, egrip2,ego aio and ego aio box all use the same coils. They come from .25 up to 1.50. @PureVodka🍺 This was my first Mod, great firmware to it, loads of little features, you could plug into your pc and check any many puffs you had done in a day,week,month. To put it short and sweet, most modern Mods that i know of, do not have all the features that this has.

Anyone with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, anxiety or panic attacks that also vapes....cbd oil is great for. My husband has severe chronic pain and anxiety attacks. When he uses cbd oil he relaxes completely. My sister uses for fibromyalgia.

FYI: I BOUGHT JOYETECH CLAPTON 1.5 COILS FROM FAST TECH AND THEY SENT ME COUNTERFEIT COILS. THEY LOOK THE SAME AND THEY SAY 1.5 BUT THEY READ .60 OHMS ON MY VAPE. THEY ALSO TASTE LIKE ASS!! I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY OFFERED TO EXCHANGE THEM OR GIVE ME A $2 REFUND. I TOLD THEM I WOULDN'T EXCHANGE THEM WHEN THEY WOULDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE THAT THEY SOLD ME FAKES.

From what I've read online the CBD oil won't get you high but it does help with anxiety and acts as an anti-inflammatory. So it makes sense that it might make you a little sleepy and take some pain away. Ever tried to get a hold of some true liquid THC or do they even make that? Now that I would like to try

Today i have gone 5 years cig free.

<br> At the end of today i will have no nicotine left for the mixes i make up for the Sub-Tanks, i normally use a mix of about 2 mg (per ml) but more like 1 mg at the moment. So from tonight and onwards i will see how the vape is with no nicotine, will i be biting my nails and eating more?

@rickgrimesrocks With e-cigs i found 18mg a little strong, so i easily drop't down to 14 then 12mg, you would be able to drop down to 12mg in say 10 days and not feel any different when using them. ;) <br> <br> With sub-tanks you must start at no higher then 6mg because you inhale a lot more at once. I go throw 15ml e-liquid a day. :)

@rickgrimesrocks By the way, if you where to mix 2 (10ml ones say) bottles, 1 18mg and 1 12mg in a 20ml bottle (30ml+ would be better), you will get a 15mg mix, hope that helps. :)

<br> After going a full 7 days with no nicotine in my e-liquid i felt no difference, this could be down to me only using a weak nicotine mix in the 1st place.
<br> What i'm going to do next is make up a strong (for me) nicotine mix and use it for 10-14 days and then stop, will post the strength (about 3% ) later.

How hard is it to get of the nicotine when vaping? <br> Just started on a new mix with about 2.75mg of nicotine per ml, only feel a little sick lol. <br> Will be making up about 3-4 more mixes at a similar strength and then in 10+ days i will quit the nicotine to see what side effects i get. <br> All the mixes will be vaped in subtanks. :)

@PureVodka🍺 thats bs vaping does not cause cancer..Im sure Its just more propaganda from the tobacco & pharmaceutical industries (wch are losing trillions) ~They just wanna scare the vape community ...I wouldn't worry about it.. Its apparently helping alot folks in soo may ways ...Thats whats matter most...

I just noticed something special about my hands. I was cooking professionally for almost 20 years so I fuss a lot over my hands. Like where the ashtray always was I had a file and clippers, keeping my hands really neat and clean, never any polish. I had a good look at my hands today, well my left in particular cause I'm left handed.. and there are no nicotine stains to scrap off the nail or cut away on the skin around. I'm so weird. It makes me happy. I had already noticed I don't cough like a bastard every morning anymore.

@ginger666 Yes it's great not hacking up a lung every morning or getting out of breath from going up a flight of steps. Those are the things I like the most about switching. Good work and hope you stick with it

@PureVodka🍺 I don't know how manny times you tried? But me I tried it all and the 27 days I stopped was willpower because normaly even sick , I kept smoking :( but now I am alone again most of my family are gone (cancer) so with no good help or a hobby so you keep busy its to difficult :(
