I sometimes get messages notifying a +1 like for a movie review, but the total on the review remains at zero.
Last year a couple of a-holes with a dozen clones each were block-downvoting everything the regulars did so a score of up to -20 appeared, until Doc took the downvote button away from their snotty fingers.
Are those old negative scores still there but hidden, so we need a lot of +1's until it is cancelled out?
