@Dr.Evil Sooner or later someone is going to say something " crude " (mucking about thinking they or taking to a adult) to a kid, the parents might find out about it and put a complaint (to the police? i don't know) in about this site. <br> <br> But i do understand that the T&C say you have to be 18, how about updating the T&C about using chat box and for now, putting this message " Caution Adult Humor " above chat box.

Personally I'd like a feature where it says "Sex".... that we could enter "not interested" 
@๐๐ธ๐พ๐ผ๐ฎ*๐ญ It would actually be an excellent deterrent. I don't put up any pictures of myself for just that reason. Not interested. It brought me personally loads of hassle in various ways. Who knew? Not me. I tend to be a wee bit too honest. lol "NONE" would help! :)

I just ran into constant trouble for some reason I don't understand so I avoid it altogether at the moment, but feel the "No thanks" or "Not interested" would be helpful for everyone. Pictures of a person are nice, in my opinion. They shouldn't be automatically seen as an invitation, because they're not necessarily that. :)

Personally I think it is best for anyone under age to not put any true age reference and always ask their parents for guidance. <br> This site is not set up for the under age people(pg 13) and as a parent myself I would advise that it is better NOT to wave a baton around regarding being under age, as this site caters for pornography, and in even the few weeks that I have been a member I have received a number of sexualised solicitations from other members that are certainly not appropriate. <br> Perhaps a better suggestion would be to section the porn into an 'over 18' tab instead of allowing the innocent to stumble across it.
@System2 I respectfully disagree, I don't believe this site "caters" to porn at all... there is a warning about that? In the TOS (terms of service) it says anyone underage should be warned regarding this very thing.... There is also a button to hit saying that you are of age to watch explicit movies.
@PureVodka๐บ Thnx :) There are some that really need to read the "terms of service".... to understand fully what they are dealing with. Anyone who's been here for any length of time realizes kids will be here and that their parent's guidance is necessary, and the site is not responsible for their kids.

@System2 Yeah I know, of course you are going to get porn with any site, especially one as excellent as this site, some people actually watch that stuff. But who am I to judge right? :)
@System2 I'm talking about chat box and if these kids parents new about them being here, i would think the parents would stop them using the site or at least watch over them. <br> <br> In the last few months i've had friend request from a few kids. If they had not put there age up i would have not know this and yes, i declined.
@PureVodka๐บ It's a difficult one. I reckon we all need to be careful. I understand your concern and empathise with it, especially as a parent.

i dont see why this is still an issue...the TOS is a legal binding documents.. The site is free from all liability in case someone lies upon sign up about their age.
