The OSCARS® Teaser - Back to the 1980s. (606 views, 16 replies)
My leggings are stuck to the DeLorean seat and this ponytail scrunchie is too damn tight, which is mighty distracting. I'll haveta get to a big screen with a relaxing cup of designer covfefe to seriously compare Uncle Bob and Fanny's walk in the park to a statue Out of Africa!!
Appears (I may need to study for this test ryte?)

Platoon was quite a good movie about Vietnam (statue C), combine that with Jarhead in the Iraq invasion and we see something near the truth.

Before catching full blown Oscar Derangement Syndrome, let’s take a trip back in time, a time of “leggings” and “flying DeLorean time machines” and these iconic movies from the 80s.
All YOU have to do is figure out the appropriate Oscar® statute (designed by Olly Moss) for each Best Picture. Click on image if you need magnification.
Copy the list below into a comment box, and write the letter above the statute beside the corresponding title.
Example
Outing Platonic Miss Shirley = Z
Simple as that … A piece of cake … A walk in the park … A doddle … Bob's your uncle and Fanny's your aunt.
Terms of Endearment =
Driving Miss Daisy =
Ordinary People =
Platoon =
Out of Africa =
