Summer Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) container vanilla yogurt (or any flavor of your choice)
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 (3.4 ounce) box dry instant vanilla pudding mix (or any flavor of your choice)
Fruit for serving
Directions:
1.In a large bowl, mix together vanilla yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding mix until completely combined and you see no more lumps. The mixture will be a little bit gritty at first because the pudding hasn’t had a chance to dissolve into the yogurt mixture yet.
2.Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve with your fruit of choice!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
@caseyanne Ooooh that looks really good. I usually make a caramel dip with caramel, cream cheese and powdered sugar (not very good for you). Yours sounds just as good but much less fattening. Think I'll try it out sometime. Thank you for all the recipes you post!
