Suggestion: movie search sorting. (870 views, 7 replies)
uhm.. there is no one example. it's all movies like you sort by rank and all 5 star (10/10) movies will be first couple pages but the order will change as you go threw the pages seeing some (and sometimes many) of the same movies on page 2 as you saw on page 1.

although come to think of it, i haven't actualy checked it since the new filters/search page was done ... so maybe this is already fixed? i just checked now and it actually seemed to be. haha sorry

i'll watch and if it's fixed i'll leave the thread dead but if i notice it happening then i'll come reply again. anyway guess i shouldn't had suggested/posted from memory and checked haha
Are you talking about this page? dosmovies.com/movie/browser....
or this: dosmovies.com/search/?criteria=title&....
@Dr.Evil it was the browse but as said this can be deleted/forgotten, as it was something that was in the old browse movies, when it was like the search currently. but now that it's been updated it seems this sorting has been fixed so sorry i was posting from memory and had forgot the page/site was updated and i should had checked to make sure it was still like that.

anyway yeah can just ignore this or delete it haha my bad and once again sorry for posting without first confirming it was still like that.
Can you add a Natural Disasters Genre? It would have movies like Twister, Volcano, Armageddon, Night of the Twisters, 2012, Earthquake, Aftershock: Earthquake in New York, The Day After Tomorrow, 10.5, 10.5 Apocalypse, Category 6, Category 7 movies like these.

when you sort by rating as you change pages they order changes because movies are rated the same... like it may put movie X first in the list then refresh/change page and that same movie X might be 20th in the list and it isn't wrong since all above it are the same rating but it makes it annoying when searching by rating....
so suggestion is when sort by rating have it sort by rating + number of views (or number of different people who rated the movie as a bad movie with 1 rating that rated it a 10 would still be listed at the top but would be below ones with a 10 rating done by 50+ people this way)
